QAagency is delighted to be working with a fast-growing food production company based in Willesden, North West London, as they continue to strengthen their quality and compliance processes. As part of their next phase of development, they are looking to recruit a Quality Technician to support hygiene, safety, and quality control across their operation.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining high standards in food safety, hygiene, and temperature control, while supporting wider compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Working closely with the production team, you will help enforce good manufacturing practices and carry out daily checks to ensure quality procedures are followed. HACCP knowledge will be essential, and bilingual communication skills in Sri Lankan, Hindi or Gujarati are strongly preferred to support engagement across the team.
- Carry out regular hygiene and temperature checks across the production area.
- Monitor adherence to food safety protocols and escalate any non-conformances.
- Support audits and assist with documentation for ISO 9001 compliance.
- Promote a strong culture of food hygiene and quality across the business.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in a food production or quality assurance environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food hygiene best practices.
- Confident communicating across all levels of the business.
- Bilingual in Sri Lankan, Hindi or Gujarati (preferred but not essential).
