QAagency is delighted to be working with a specialist management systems consultancy to recruit an ISO Consultant / Trainer. This is a field-based role covering clients across Scotland and parts of northern England, with most travel within approximately three hours of Cumbernauld.
This position would suit an experienced ISO professional looking to combine consultancy with training and client development.
You will provide consultancy services to a wide range of organisations, primarily supporting ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems. You will work closely with clients to implement, maintain and improve management systems while also delivering management systems and auditing training courses. Full support will be provided for candidates who have consultancy experience and are looking to develop their training skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consultancy services covering ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, including gap analysis, internal audits, certification preparation and management system implementation.
- Produce clear management system documentation and provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
- Deliver management systems and auditing training courses both in person and online, while contributing to the development of training materials.
- Manage your own client workload, maintain professional standards and identify opportunities to provide additional support where appropriate.
Key Requirements
- Strong practical experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management systems.
- Experience implementing, maintaining or auditing ISO management systems within a consultancy or industry environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the confidence to work directly with clients at all levels.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Scotland and northern England.
